Information about the series

How did the idea come about?
The trigger:
The Elfer Cup West was a wonderful racing series. What started in 2011 in Bad Breisig, then was well attended in the following years, turned into a very sad and poorly attended racing series in 2018.
The idea:
When you sit together on cozy evenings after a Saturday training session and philosophize about various sensible and nonsensical things, a small idea is born. The most beautiful racing series currently available in motorsport on a scale of 1: 1 are GT racing series (VLN, ADAC GT Masters, Blancpain GT series and much more). Wouldn't that be a great series on a scale of 1: 5?
The preparation:
The thought has not let us go. So we turned the internet upside down. Because the problem was that in Germany, apart from the Porsche, there is not a single GT cover available for sale. The sweet little idea seemed to be turning into a soap bubble again. But if you know me (this time I'm referring to myself), you know that I won't give up so quickly. The "ST one" project was created according to the motto what does not exist, you have to do it yourself. There was also thanks FG Supply and SCS M2 two more beautiful GT lids. Also very nice that the Audi R8 came in 1: 5 from FG T2M. We are very happy and the idea grew ...
The plan:
After the bitter end described above, a possibly wonderful beginning could now be made. Two basic things were important to us.
1. A series with the most beautiful sports cars in the world. The feeling that I don't know how to describe it when you stand in the driver's cab and look at your car and think "my car looks great". Not just being fast, but also having fun with the image of the car.
2. A racing series for everyone. It is also important to keep the costs within tolerable limits. It should be fun for everyone and that should also be in the foreground!
The implementation:
After various conversations, long phone calls and a crazy Whatts app and email history, the key points were set. Here again a HUGE thanks to everyone who contributed. Many thanks also to Ralf Stommel, who gave us the opportunity to participate in the NRW Cup lets go. Many tasks could now be implemented.
The GT series:
The Race Car Series:
In 2020 the NRW Cup and the SCS M2 GT Series will merge and become the Race Car Series. The touring car, truck, formula and GT classes are starting under a new name. Over 150 participants register for the series. Despite COVID 19, an average of 65 drivers start every race we have been able to hold and have a huge season. A new class has been added for 2021. The XR5 rallycross will be at the start with us. 6 races are planned ...
The success:
??????? Yes, it no longer depends on us. We let the crazy little idea grow from the beginning. Now she has a size where she starts crawling. That the idea learns to run or even learn to race, she cannot alone ... For that she needs YOU! YOU who let the idea run with us ...

We would be happy to see YOU on the white lineto see ...

The trigger:
The 911 Cup West was a beautiful race series. What started in 2011 in Bad Breisig, then was well attended in the following years, then in 2018 has become a very sad and poorly attended racing series.

1. A series of the most beautiful sports cars in the world. The feeling I do not know how to describe it when you stand on the driver's seat and look at your car and think "Madness looks great on my car". Just not only be fast, but also have fun with the picture of the car.
2. A racing series for everyone. Important to keep the costs within reasonable limits. It should be fun for everyone and should also be in the foreground!
The implementation:
After several discussions, long phone calls and a crazy Whatts app and email history, the cornerstones were fixed. Here again a huge thanks to all who participated. Big thanks also to Ralf Stommel, who lets us ride in the NRW Cup. Many tasks could now be implemented.
The GT series:
The frame is standing. There will be 7 races in 2019. Out of 7 races, the best 5 are counted for the ranking. Dangers come with all wheelbases from 465mm to 535mm. The cover must be a GT vehicle (see also reglement). Similar to racing on a scale of 1: 1, there is an annual ranking and consequently a year's winner of the series. What is new, however, is that all winners will be honored at a separate date at the end of the year. The appointment will then be announced and should not be on a racetrack, but in a restaurant, where all participants then meet for a cozy evening with fun and many gasoline talks. The winners of the day will be honored on the podium as always. There will be some surprises later in the year.
